Notes Memorandum dated 25 Mar 1839 by W. Lewis (vicar) reads "It appears to me referring to a memorandum in the possession of Mr. Wm. King made by his late father of the birth of Henry King, 15 Oct 1786 and comparing the register of the burial of Henry King, 16 Mar 1827, aged 41,that William, son of, Wm. & Eliz King of Coseley, a farmer, has been entered by mistake for Henry". Transcriber comment: Baptism was dated 29 Oct 1786-this entry has been entered under the names of both William King and Henry King.

Hope this makes sense.
William 1745 is the son of John and Sarah, he married Elizabeth Maullin, Henry born 1786 is their son he married Mary Round
