Lucy Clara Pegrum-Elec regis.
Lucy Clara Buckett married Edgar James Pegrum in 1924 and he died 1944. Can anyone find her in any electoral regs after that date and if she is living with anyone else. Address was 56 Canonbury Rd Enfield I believe. Found entries for her throughout the 1950s and 60s but got no account with ancestry. Much appreciated.

Thank you very much Jimmy. Think I may have solved what happened to Ernest Lawrence after he left his wife Daisy Olive nee Searle. Lucy was married to Edgar Pegrum but he died at 56 Canonbury Rd Enfield in 1944. They had a daughter Phyllis together. So it looks like Ernest moved in with Lucy and her married daughter and from 1951 onwards Lucy is with Ernest till he dies in 1971. Death cert says she was at the death at that address.
I can only surmise they were a co-habiting couple who never married as Ernest was still lawfully married to Daisy. No such thing for Daisy though. Twas said she looked for him and couldn't find him and presumed him dead and thus married Arnold Morton, as well as Hans Hartung whilst Ernest was still alive.
Oh dear!!
Have found Edgars grave in Find a grave and there has been a floral tribute put on from S Jones from Australia as late as 2021. I have sent her an email and hopefully she will reply.
Middle name "Agatha" or what?
