Dorothy Elizabeth Newbold (1917-1999)
As part of the research on the Payton family my cousin and myself were looking at Dorothy on BCC and noticed that she is baptized before she is born. She was born 16th July 1917 but baptized 1st April 1917. The Gaston Presbyterian Church records used are in my hints and you are able to scroll through pages. The main details are on page 274If you look at the dates on the small amount of the right hand page of the original and compare them to those you get on page 275 they do not match. I scrolled through a few pages and discovered that the pages must have been loose and in fact page 277 is a match. Dorothy is the sixth name down so this makes her baptism 23rd September 1917. Could this be changed on Connection please.
