It looks like in 1920,s for Elizabeth Death,
There is an Elizabeth Williams died aged 73 in Wolverhampton in 1920
and an Elizabeth Williams died aged 73 in West Bromwich in 1924 .
It depends where grave is .
There are a number of William Williams marrying an Elizabeth in 1966 to 1969 but no surname that ties up with a John Williams born 1868 to 1869
