Hi all

I am trying to find a marriage for John Edge and Ann Hatton

I have John Edge brn abt 1848 Son of Reuben Edge and Elizabeth Barnsley on 1891 census he is living St Lukes Street Rowley Regis with Ann Edge wife age 44 born abt 1847 Rowley Regis daughter Caroline Edge born abt 1875 Rowley Regis and Caroline Barnaby which i think should be Caroline Barnsley born abt 1871 Rowley Regis Niece.

On 1881 Census Ann is listed as Ann Hatton Head Unm age 34 living 36 Providence street Rowley Regis with son William Hatton age 16 Daughter Sarah Hatton age 13 Emily Hatton age 9 and Caroline age 6.

John Edge is living at 41 Providence Street Rowley Regis age 33 Unm with his Mother and 3 siblings.

On 71 census there is an Ann Hatton age 24 living Cross Guns Public House Rowley Regis as Servant with Richmond Barnsley and Family Caroline Barnsley is age 5 Months on this census so wonder if she is the same Caroline as on 91 Cant find Children of Anns on 71

So Elizabeth Barnsley who married Reuben Edge and Richmond Barnsley are sibs
and Caroline Barnsley is the kid of one of em?

And that would make sense that it is that Ann Hatton with Richmond then.
maybe that is how she met John Edge
