Rosannah YARNOLD on BCC...KDW adding

I am researching the my daughter-in-law's family and Rosannah is her great (x2) grandmother. I knew that Mary Ann YARNOLD had married William STRINGER but I had not concluded that William was the father of Rosannah. I was very interested to read the notes on BCC and to see that a missing link for Jan (Note 16/5/16) was a birth certificate.

I do have one and the details are:

Births, Dudley, sub-district Rowley Regis, reg 13/2/1867/ No. 460
Date and place - 14/1/1867, Cradley Heath Rowley Regis; Rosannah; Girl; Father -blank; Mother - Mary Ann YARNOLD; Occ of father - blank; Informant - The mark of Mary Ann YARNOLD Mother Cradley Heath Rowley Regis.

I am not sure if this helps! Re the other information on BCC, I am surprised that William and Mary Ann cannot be found on the 1871 Census.

I have information on the ancestors of Rosannah's husband Albert FOWKES, if anyone is interested.

Before closing this, can I share some more information about Roseannah, as she has come up in my recent research? She was married to Albert FOWKES (b.1865) and there is one daughter, Ellen, shown on BCC. In fact, they had 9 children and the GRO references for them are:
