Was born 26 Oct 1882, Bilston, daughter of John Noonan (b 1844, Ireland) and Mary Ann Hammond (b 10 Jan 1843, Dudley).
Her full name was Mary Elizabeth Adelaide Noonan.

Her husband, Arthur L Hillman, was mayor of Dudley in 1944. Just checked and Arthur L Hellman’s mother, Alexandra Elizabeth Newey, was registered March Qtr 1863, mother Hamlet.

John Noonan and Mary Ann Hammond were married 1864, Whitechapel, London.
Mary Ann Hammond was bapt 12 Feb 1843, St Thomas, Dudley, d of Isaac & Mary Hammond.
