Looking for this family in 1891, Sarah was married to Isaiah Davies he died 1897

Had a really good look for this family in 1891 but no luck. Searched for Sarah A, Isaiah and then 3 of her children, no good. Found his birth, marriage and death but no census. Perhaps they missed it for a reason. Working on canals, out of country, may even have put down wrong name, who knows. Have had something similar myself, very frustrating!
Hope someone else can help.
Researching Foley, Burley, Dean, Danks, Smith, Pugh, Hughes, Shakespeare.

I have been looking too...no combination or isolated at all? May be missed off? Or record not there?

I think they were in Snow Hill, a few families are missing from there in 1891.
