I have done the look up for this and the father for James is a James
a chainmaker

I think it is the one on the 1861 census with widowed mother that FS found...

I need a marrige now for James Billingham and this Mary unknown
and a dob for James billingham son

these on the census look good but I need to be sure
so I can look up marriage find her maiden name...... and if necessary will get birth cert for James son check it matches
