Found Alfred (1891-1970) in 1939 reg (thnx to grangers) and his death at Tooting, possibly St Georges hospital. Wondering where he was in between times. Is it poss he is in the electoral roles or sadly even still in hospital? He lived for the main part in Epsom Surrey. Any help appreciated. Could send for certs etc but as not my line will only do it as a last resort.
He had at least 12 children but lots died as babies but losing his daughter and baby gd son in childbirth in 1937 must have been the last straw and he had to go to Netherne mental hospital

Just been checking on my Gubby tree and Alfred was 9 on 1901 census so defo born 1891/2. Freebmd has him dying in 1970 but gives the birth year that was given in 1939 reg ie. 1888. Hannah died 1952 not 1942 as I said. Must check through these dates again, but think ok now. Thnx again
