Kent transcriptions can be bought as I have had to (Cheaper if you join) https://www.kfhs.org.uk/shop-cd Also the original copies of Kent early Parish records are now on FMP

Re: Where to look?
Medway Council used to keep freely accessible transcriptions of Parish and other records but I don't know if they're still accessible online.

All early Kent parish records can be viewed online free on family search site but only at local LDS places https://www.familysearch.org/en/

Does that mean I would have to attend or find someone who is going?

Re: Where to look?
Attend?? You book a reader at one of the local history centers https://www.familysearch.org/help/fhcenters/locations/ Best to ring them first to see about the availability of your records but most are digitalised so easy to see at a center using their pass as members of LDS.

They cannot show most of the pictures on our own normal pc`s because of contractual reasons with the local archives like Dudley or Kent and FMP so frustrating !!
  so frustrating !!
If you look on your own pc for the images they all appear but as broken blobs
