Hello, researching JACOBS, TAYLOR, RICHARDS and more

Post by Julie H »

Hello everyone I'm new here.
I've lots of names to investigate but right now I'm focusing on my relative Annie May JACOBs who was born in Sussex in 1920, and was a shell filler at ROF Swynnerton, Staffordshire in WW2. If anyone has any suggestions for how to find out how long she was there for and where she was before and after that would be really helpful, as I'm struggling, thanks.
I'm also looking into Joseph Frederick RICHARDS born in Sedgley, Staffordshire in 1904, but progress isn't going too bad for the time being.
Thanks
Julie

Welcome to the forum Image

You might try a post in the Black Country section for the Staffordshire links. Do you have her in the 1939 Register? If not try a post in the Census Lookup section.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.

Hi Julie welcome to the forum
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.
