I reckon Mercy is the daughter of Joseph (jnr) hence the following....

I may be wrong?
I have a feeling that Joseph and Fanny James did not have any children. An adopted son in 1881 Richard was 6 months old. 1891 census there is a son 10 and he is there 1901 aged 20.
I can not see any births Holloway with mother James?

1891. Wall Well, Hasbury, Stourbridge.
Joseph Holloway, head, W, 46, Puddler
Fredrick Holloway, son, 10,

1901. Wall Well, Hasbury, Stourbridge.
Joseph Holloway, head, W, 56, Labourer at Colliery
Fred, son, M, 20,
Alice, Daur in Law, 20,
Frederick H, G son, 1
All born Worcestershire

I wonder if she is Maria's daughter? BCC has wrong she has 7 children, there is 8 showing on BCC for her?
Could Mercy put Joseph but as her Grand Father instead?b :?

Henry Farley 75 Head Farm Labourer - married 50 yrs
Maria Farley 70 Wife - 14 children / 7 still living/ 7 have died :o
