I believe is married to Ann Brooke 13/11/1836 Halesowen

San has 1851 Census onwards but 1841 Census has wrong surnames for Evans family :
1841 Census Dudley Wood Dudley Worcs.
Charles Brook 65 Labourer not born in County
Ann Brook 60
Mary Brook 20
John Brook 25 Collier
Ann Brook 25
Ann Brook
Francis Brook
Rest born in County
Note last 5 is def. Brook on original but is Evans

1851 Census Halesowen Road Dudley Worcs.
Charles Brookes Head 76 born Wordsley Staffs.
Ann Brookes wife
Benjamin Evans grd.son 5
Rest born Dudley Worcs.

All children registered as mother Brook from Francis in 1839

Yes I've just checked and your right Mumbles :wink:
I think the last 4 are Evans, do you agree?

San has 1851 Census onwards but 1841 Census has wrong surnames for Evans family :
