In the book "Langley & Round About" published by the Langley Local History Society there is a photograph of the
"Regulars at the Fountain Inn” in Pit Lane later renamed High Street (unable to post, due to copywrite)

The Fountain Inn was reputedly built in the mid 1800s by Joe Jackson, who was landlord for over 20 years and had quite a reputation for his home brewed ales.
The photograph shows Mr William Swancott (seated to far right), who was landlord later and Sid Lewis (2nd row, 4th from right), his son-in-law.
The building was later transformed into the Langley Post Office."
The Fountain Inn was at No. 6 High Street, Langley.

Found William in 1901 Census and it seems he is linked to the Hills.
