Found by accident as I am researching an Eliza Southall who married a John Law :-
1871 Census 26 Union Street Tipton Dudley Staffs.
Joseph Southall Head 67 Moulder (Iron)
Hannah Southall wife 65
John Law son.in.law 25 Gen. Labourer
Eliza Law dau 23
Ann L. Law grd.dau 3 mths.
All born Tipton
