Help regarding Familysearch site

Not sure where to post this so apologies if wrong, perhaps it could be moved to the correct place. I did a search for the 1881 census and found my relative but I can’t attach it to him. At the bottom, where is says Attached to : it is blank so how can I attach it?
I’ve included a link below to demonstrate what I mean just in case I’m missing something
