It is sad reading...so sad young lives being lost.
Things were not in place to help, still are not to be honest in my thought...
We had my husbands niece live with us for a while, not easy and no help!
We had a young lad live with us for about a year, our youngest"s friend.
Problems at home...we had no help with him. Nothing unless he was on the street?
All just easy to give food, clothe and keep a roof over their head costing another person but not the family or authorities!
