I have 2 places of birth for Malim Sharman:
born abt 1825, Adwalton, Lincolnshire, or Wellingborough, Northants. He married Hannah Matilda Chavasse in 1869, St Mary, Kingswinford.

Hannah Matilda (Chavasse) died 1889, Stourbridge Registration District (probably Brierley Hill?).

I have 2 children for them:
Irene Bessie, b abt 1857, Birmingham
Malim George, b abt 1859, Birmingham - he married Emily Cordell, abt 1883 in Birmingham - she was born abt 1859, Hampshire. In 1891 they were living in Rawlins Street, West Derby, but thats all that I have on this line (but I'm now having a look.......)

Found a bit more (the wonders of FamilySearch!):
Malim George Sharman (has to be the son - on GRO index as MALIM George Sharman, died June Qtr, 1892, aged 33, registered West Derby - (ie b 1859) died 5 Apr 1892, buried Toxteth Park Cemetery, Liverpool ('Find a Grave')

Malim (sic) Sharman, bapt 9 June 1824, ALWALTON, Huntingdonshire, son of Samuel & Mary Sharman.

I think his parents marriage is possibly on the IGI as: 24 Apr 1821, Northampton, Northamptonshire, Samuel Sharman & Elizabeth Mary MALIM (sic).

Oops - just noticed you had posted some of this on BCC already San! Still, it corroborates what I had, except for first marriage (which I didn't have) and first wife was actually mother of his children, not Hannah Matilda Chavvasse. My info mostly came from 2 different descendants of the Chavasse (no internet back then!) and I haven't really looked at it since....
