The wife of Samuel Woodall here:

is Sarah DOWNING - married 25 Oct 1824, Kingswinford.
Note that there is a Mercy Downing aged 70 with them on 1841 census.

I think that's her mother:
bapt 2 Oct 1803, St Thomas, Dudley, Sarah, dau of William & Mercy Downing.

Marriage:
14 May 1792, St Thomas, Dudley, William Downing & Mercy Hollies.

The 1841 census would give Mercy a birthdate around 1771:

I can only see one possible baptism: 20 Feb 1774, St Thomas, Dudley, Mercy, dau of John Hollis & Sobieski.
John Hollies & Sobieski Round married 1 Jul 1759, St Thomas, Dudley.

Mercy Downings death was registered Dudley Sept Qtr 1842, Aged 71 years.
