That does seem to be the one.

I will do that marriage look up to double check..although pretty pos it is John and Mary as father and ma

so pending look ups completed for the moment

I have done the look up on one of these and it checks out

father for Arthur James Billingham is James
so that is the correct census info Jimmy found
I need to check out the James Billingham and Mary Davies marriage
I am hoping that father is a Benjamin Billingham and he should be married to an Ann Grove

and this might be him already on connections ....and if so we can join 2 parts of the tree up

so wondered if we can have a look and see what we think ahead of look up

So that James is the one married to Mary then he dies in 1864
she is a widow on the 1871 and 1881 (that was posted)
they have an Arthur James Billingham in 1861 prob after the 1861 census which is why he aint on it
and that Joseph has an arthur too

and bet that Benjamin is father of James there!
