Closest I can see, census image says born Birmingham,

Only one about that time, with that name,
Births Jun 1902. Bromwich Lily May. Coventry. 6d. 607.

According to a couple of family trees this one died in 1907 in Derbyshire,

parents William James Bromwich and Sarah Ann Goodhall.

There is a tree on Ancestry that has this marriage but Lily was with the family in 1911.

so who is their other child?
