At the end of the book there's a list of around 500 surnames, street names, business, pubs etc - I can post these as an attachment or send via PM if any wants to see them.
To read the book you'd need an ePUB reader - if you don't have a suitable device you can get an ePUB reader free for the PC (for example FBReader). The book will be available on Apple's iBookstore, Barnes & Nobles Nook platform and Amazon (for Kindle) shortly and printed copies will also be available.
