?? Hmmm...
I would think to change the date as of census for now.
Then look of possibles before marriage, is that the only one viable? Needs a bit more checking.

Thanks graingers 14
The name changes to every possible variation of Chirms and Churms and finally latter part of 1800's settles on Chirms . (This is why so hard to track.)
I put on bcc as Chirms as that was what was on site . Possibly should stick to Chirms with note that varies from variations of Chirms and Churms on BMD and Census records

Well, you don't see a Chirm/Churm for ages then 2 come along together. :-)

Anyway, I've been connecting up the Adams girls to Fletcher and Rowe and it turns out their mother is Emma Churms/Chirms here

https://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/t ... onnections

Emma and John Chirms must be sister and brother, coming from Shropshire  I will change Emma to Chirms.

The John Churm who married Susannah Griffiths in 1835 seems to be a different one
cannot find him in 1841 but found Susannah in 1851

1851 Census Cock Heath Wednesbury West Bromwich Staffs.
John George Head 62 Nail Maker born Sedgley Staffs.
Martha George wife 63 born Wednesbury Staffs.
Susannah Churm Lodger 42 (wid) Pauper born Darlaston Staffs.
Mary Griffiths Lodger 67 (wid) Pauper born Birmingham Warks.

Also found Richard Cox and dau Mary Cox and will add later
