This is an entry from the 1881 census:

Living at 109 Dudley Road, Rowley Regis. There is a family called Perry living next door. Long shot but wasn't one of the witnessess a Perry at Harriet;s wedding.

Based on the 1881 census and Joseph's and Sarah Ann's eldest child being 17, I had a quick glance at possible marriages for Joseph Hackett and Sarah Ann.

I found a marriage in Q3 1865 for Joseph Hackett and Sarah A PERRY.

UKBMD records the marriage at St Giles Rowley Regis.

As one of the witnesses to their daughter Harriet's wedding was a Perry and there is a Perry family living next door on both the 1881 and 1891 census records and the possible marriage is a Perry - is all this co-incidental!!

The 1891 census has a Perry family living next door:

John Perry is the head of the family and living with his wife Eliza (aged 36) and children. One of the children is also called Eliza Perry (aged 17).

Could she be the Lizzie Perry?

There is another Lizzie Perry living at Providence Street, Rowley Regis aged 11, she would have been 15 when Harriet married. What age did you have to be a witness at a wedding?
