Connections to Nock and Parsons and Grainger are already on bcc but I believe Mary Unknown was a Mary Spittle
as only marriage I can find to fit ages of children is marriage Benjamin Homer and Mary Spittle St.Thomas Dudley 1859.
It is made difficult by fact that Benjamin,s age varies considerably from Census to Census 1833 to 1840 dob. and their are a lot of Benjamins born in this range who married a Mary

I wonder if this is the same Netherton Spittle family that connects to the "geographic" Plants? Walter Henry Spittle b. about 1868 Netherton, son of Arthur Spittle b. about 1827 Netherton, married Adeline Plant b. Dec. Qu. 1864 Brierley Hill, Staffordshire at St John the Evangelist, Kates Hill, Dudley in 1888 and had had 8 children by 1901. Adeline was the daughter of Robert Plant b. 1841 Brockmoor and Ann Maria Jeavons b. 1840 Brockmoor, Robert being the son of Reuben Plant b. 1803 and Maria Westwood b. 1810. These are the Spittles:

and she is down as G.dau age 21
