If that pedigree file on Family search is right,

It looks like Matilda and Reuben are 1st cousins once removed.

Hi all, Marriage of Henry Hinchley to Ann Bayliss, Witnesses were William Simmons and Sarah (nee Bailey Married 25.12.1823 Halesowen.) The plot thickens! Linell.

Hi NL, I think John Stokes and Charles are one of the same. Must have been the name Charles was known by. Mary doesn't seem to have lived with him after about 1871 :!: I suppose she only knew him as John or she had forgotten :?: Later from Linell.

I got

matilda- dau of James and Sarah - son of James and Catherinre
so to be first cousins once removed James needs to be sib of a Joseph and Hannah
