Rowland Hill was also a Blacksmith
Timothy is 35 on marriage cert. and 38 on death record and will when leaves estate to Sarah
Either Freereg is in error or I need to research more

RF I think I can prove that father should be Rowland Hill because Timothy's mother Sarah has a Daniel Cox aged 2 as grd.son in 1891 Census (on bcc)
and on 1901 Census Daniel Cox orphan aged 12 is living with George Oliver and Sarah (on bcc)
Sarah Cox who married George Oliver is shown as Widow and father Rowland Hill on marriage record

Timothy married first time to Emma in 1882 I think

Marriage St. Luke Cradley Heath 8/5/1911
Daniel Cox bach. Holloware Worker Cradley Heath father Timothy Cox Dec. Collier
Mary Ann Smith sp. Cradley Heath father Ezra Smith Chain Maker
Witnesses Bert Lawrence and Roseannah Jones

This proves Daniel was son of Timothy Cox and Sarah Hill
as Daniel was living with Sarah Cox (nee Hill) who married George Oliver in 1901 Census and noted as Orphan
On her marriage to George Oliver her father is Rowland Hill Blacksmith
so freereg marriage to Timothy Cox is wrong when it notes Sarah Hill father is Richard Hill Blacksmith

When I added some of info I realised Daniel Cox was born 1889 and Timothy did not marry Sarah till 1895 so Daniel must have been by his first wife who must have died after 1889 and before 1891 When he is shown as a widower
