It looks like she was her dob is 1867 and marriage was 1869 so yes born out of wedlock...

Looks like she should have put father as Wm Andrews.....so maybe the Wm Round is a nod to him

Leave her mother as Eliza Round as that is who she is and put Unknown unknown as father

in fact I will amend
