manipulate your forearm at the elbow and at the same time
open and close fingers and thumb(stretching)...may help to free
the nerve. If that's too painful I'm afraid its the Docs.....

Rob it is cubical tunnel syndrome that I have in the elbow not the wrist, I have had partial carpel tunnel problems for the last 15 years.

Sounds like Tennis Elbow to me! (leave it out Rob) I had to have an injection into the joint and it did the trick
