Thank you for the 1881 census with Sarah on and her husband and family, I have found 2 Sarah Cookes on the 1841 census with parents and siblings , bothe fathers are named William ,one is married to a phebe his occupation looks like Roller the other is married to a Sarah his occupation is a Blacksmith , so not sure on the marriage lookup his occupation looked like Fitter, so a bit more digging I will have to do.
