:thumbup: Nice song SRD. Jimmy the Cat 's in Paington so he's off on his holidays now. Now there's just a few people left and one or two of those have become very boring as they get older. I suppose some people do change.Hormones maybe? That's what i think happens.

I've heard it said that if you make a habit of exercising for an hour a day, 3 days a week it could help? :grin:
