I will start adding but I dont think we can do anything about Reubens father unless we buy a birth cert but I agree he must be one of the girls baby, possibly Mary Ann, as Spark Stopper said.

My Gt/Grandfather William NICKLESS was born out of wedlock, I have his birth cert. which
names no father, only mother Eliza Nickless (Single). but on two subsequent marriages he
states his father as William Nickless (Fitter). It probably looked and sounded better !!!
