*ARC TBC* Cole/ Haycock/ Bryan Connection... Jo Adding

This John Cole:
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... ver=350836

I was puzzled by the gap between his children, and the fact that he had a lodger, Comfort Bryan, aged 9 in 1841, and still there in 1851!

I think he married twice:

Firstly to an Elizabeth, and had:
Stephen, bapt 24 Oct 1824
Ann, bapt 12 March 1826
Sarah, bapt 22 March 1829
All St Thomas, Dudley

He then married Ann, and had:
Benjamin, bapt 25 Jun 1837
William, bapt 1 Sept 1839
Both St Thomas, Dudley

I then looked at Comfort Bryan.
She was bapt 17 June 1832, St Thomas, Dudley, d of Thomas Bryan & Ann.
The same couple had William, bapt 18 Aug 1829, also at St Thomas.

Thomas Bryan married Ann Haycock 14 March 1825, St Thomas, Dudley.

Then I found this marriage:
11 Aug 1833, Kingswinford, John Cole/ Ann Bryan

So it looks like Comfort Bryan was the daughter of John Coles second wife.

Although they are submitted entries on the IGI it seems the family had a plot at St James, Dudley, there are the following burials (submitted):
John Cole, 17 Jan 1864, aged 73
Stephen Cole, 20 Aug 1863
Comfort Bryan, 6 June 1858

Jo
I think Ann Haycocks year of birth should be 1801, not 1821
