can we find him in 1891 pls

I checked the marriage for St andrew for John Swingler and Maria Homer and father for him is a William Swingler dec'd labourer

so you meant sons marriage not brother :wink:

so that looks like the vet thing is an error on actual certif?..or the vicar having a laff!

I will add this to Bcc and go with the Wm Swingler on the census we found
