Noticed it says widowed under William Bull would that be William or was Samuel married before. Can see Hannah is single

And do you agree that census I posted are the right family

I think widower refers to Samuel.

So if 1901 & 1911 are correct
This look like Samuel & Hannah on 1891 doesn't say he's widowed though

It wouldn't say he was widowed he has a wife.
