Yep as the title says, who collects postcards?
Hit a Brickwall? Have you lost all trace of someone? Do not despair, simply make a note they were abducted by aliens! Don't believe in aliens? No problem, just write them off as having disapeared in a time portal

I have quite a few interesting postcards and postal history items myself, but I am not getting rid of those for now, its just that I have something here that needs a good home, so do you collect them ?

I dabble in collecting postcards -- or as much as time allows when still working. Did you know a collector of postcards is a Deltiologist -- on of those scraps of information I collected from somewhere.

Lloyds Bank has just had its 250th Birthday, as part of these celebrations Lloyds has issued a set of 10 postcards documenting key moments in the banks history. When I went into work, they had a couple of stands with these postcards, basically help yourself, being late in the day, it was apparent a lot of people had taken a load, only a few of us start at 2pm, so I helped myself without any guilt.
it was a shame that they did not give us a day earlier, as I would have liked to have sent a few in the post with the anniversary date cancellation on the postcard.
Couple of days later and stands restocked, so I helped myself to a few more sets.
Here is thumbnail strip of the 10 cards, obviously the thumbnails have been zoomed in and cropped!

See the whole thing here
