That ties up nicely
As Benjamin was with his parents John & Sarah lived at 8 chaters passage on 1891 census
Oh dear his father John was feeble minded may tie in with 1881 census and his father being in porters lodge. Which I believe was Dudley guest hospital as we knew it.
