But I'm inclined to think that there is a missing line there.
The Whitehouse family plus Waterbury lodgers are at entry no. 96. Then there is an underlining. Over the page entry no. 97 starts with Priscilla Bates 43 dau. I think the enumerator missed off her father when transcribing the entries.
