I'm starting a new job in Weybridge in February so need to move down from Leeds.
I've been advised to look at properties further out but I'm not sure how much further out I need to look. I've looked online and am fine as long as I can get to the M3 but I don't really want to go much further than Basingstoke and I'm wondering if this http://www.gpees.co.uk/forsaleoffice/Basingstoke/1157 is a good indication of prices.
Any help will be gratefully received, thank you :)

A 10 bedroomed house !!! We had one up one down when i was a lad and a communial ( shared :wink: ) toilet outside in the yard !!
