Have done the look up on this and Gardeners hunch checked out!
2 sisters marrying ...same father

So that Lizzie niece is the dau of Ann Matildas sister Sarah Ann Parsons

Parents:
Father: Joseph Parsons Mother: Sarah Parsons
Extracted birth

I will add links in a min

but first can we find a marriage for Joseph parsons and a Sarah unknown?

and

can we find a bapt for that herbert hughes with Sarah in 1901
and a death for edward Hughes between 1883-1901 if that is Sarah Hughes nee parsons

or can we see Edward and Sarah and lizzie on 1911--she married sept 1911 so should be on

sarah ann Parsons b 1863

prob RR area
father Joseph ...mother for ann matilda is a Sarah
and should be for sarah ann

just need to dble check
