Strange Package?

After a discussion with a delivery man at our door I didnt want to take a Parcel for a lady called Mrs J Granger.
I explained it wasn't me, right address, I had not ordered anything nor was I expecting anything :shock: He said it must be right...
Opening the box to see some Beautiful flowers a little card to say from BCC Annual Do... :oops:
