Hi, New member. Trying to find a recorded connection with a Samuel Weston, chainmaker, b.abt.1825 in Rowley and father Joseph Weston, chainmaker.....Samuel was married to Myra Homer, a Trace maker, b.abt.1824 in Dudley. Found a Joseph, chainmaker, on 1841, 1861 and subsequent census, but no mention of a Samuel. Anyone help!!!!. Derek

Nl,
I am certain from my records that Samuel who married Elizabeth Parkes was son of Joseph Weston and Frances Parsons.
The 1861 Census I noted is Quarry Bank which also ties in and marriage ties up with age of oldest child
James Weston called eldest child Frances which ties up with his mothers name and his brother John called one of his children Joseph after his father
There is an Elizabeth Parkes born 1831 already on bcc which may be another connection
I will start filling in all those Westons
