Hi Jan,

Details on certificates for birth of Mary Ann Russon,born 24th January 1842 to Joseph Russon & Sarah Russon (nee Hartley)

Lucy Russon born 28th March 1842 in Woodside Dudley to William Russon & Mary Ann Russon (nee Round) widow of Edward Lavender.

William Russon marriage to Mary Ann Lavender {Round) 18th April 1839, Dudley, Worcester.

Mary Ann Round is the daughter of Benjamin Round and Sarah Jackson & was born 14 April 1805 in Dudley, Worcester, she married to Edward lavender on the 18th May 1823 in St Thomas Dudley, they had one daughter who was Matilda Lavender born 13 March 1825 in Woodside Dudley & she married to a Thomas Greenfield in 1847.

Ok so I need to prove now that Joseph Russon had a brother William Russon

father on marriage of Wm Russon is a Wm Russon

Then that William Russon the bro of Joseph married Mary Ann Lavender nee Round
I have the marriage for Mary Ann courtesy of David .....but how do we know that this William is bro to Joseph Russon on bcc

help pls all :grin:

can we find Wm Russons first marriage
his bapt and Josephs....

while I add will link Wm Russon with a note to Joseph but need some proof guys :grin:

Edward Lavender and Mary Ann Round may have had a few other kids as some more bapt at St Thomas within
the dates.

There is another Edward Lavender and Mary Ruston but there kids are bapt with mother mary

The other ones have mother Mary ann so I think it is possible Matilda had sibs.

Im a descendant of Mary Ann Round via the Matthews name on the Bcc site, which includes Tromans and Myatt, I have a lot of Tromans names as well, my great Grand mother was Sarah Tromans who's Father was Isaac Tromans & mother who was Emma Myatt, I have full details on them if you need a copy.
