Just to say, that even though the Parish Registers for St Luke’s Cradley Heath (Reddall Hill) are held at Dudley Archives, the actual Registrar’s copy of the marriage certificate is held at Sandwell Register Office. So, if anybody wanted an actual copy of the marriage certificate on the green paper, they would have to apply to Sandwell Register Office. I believe it was all due to Council boundary changes in 1974.
