Actually Caroline , I don't think, was a widow, she is the younger sister of Job's first wife Jane Burley, father James for both. Also Job's age should be 40 not 30? I have him and Jane on 1841 census and him a Caroline on 1851 census, and everything matches.

Well, looks like Job married Jane Burley (St. John the Baptist Halesowen, 17 June 1829 (FreeReg). Looks like Caroline marries Job's brother Francis in 1844. Francis died 1846 Halesowen. Don't know why Caroline used maiden name on marriage to Job. She's on 1841 Census with parents James & Silva (Sylvia) (IGI has name Silvea) along with some other siblings.
