So, should they be using an HM Government Banner ???? or should Joe be using a spell checker. All I'm saying is that proper grammar adds credence to any "official" document, and had he used a spell check, he would probably have more signatures.

I have a photo of me on my stomach lying down with my speedos on but i can't seem to be able to upload it to here!! :( :?
