That I had Rocky and might be in there. That is why I know he died inbetween 1871 and 1881 because I think this is his wife Eliza in 1881 and the Caledonia part makes sense. Plus all the dates work but could not find a marriage for Ann Basill is all but Anne Brookes was born 1851 per this census

1861. Thorns. Quarry Bank. census
Thomas Brookes 46. Clay Miner.
Eliza Brookes 42. Wednesbury.
Sarah Brookes 18.
William Brookes 15. Clay miner.
Henrietta Brookes 14.
Anne Brookes 10.
Elizabeth Brookes 8.
John T Brookes 9 Mo. Others born Kingswinford.

So is this Eliza and Anne in 1881 and who is Basill(is it Bisell)

Can't find a marriage for an Ann Brookes to a Bissell, but there are a number of Bissell marriages to Ann with other surnames registered locally (West Mids BMD) - wonder if Ann was previously married...?
Could also not find an obvious marriage for a Lucy Ann Bissell anywhere, so no hope of finding her fathers name from there.
Do Ann and Lucy appear in later census?

You would need to send for death and birth certificates from a registry office

what else do you need on this one?
or can we now archive it?
