Free Family History & Genealogy Records - Family Search .Org
just played about with names and dates and scrolled through a number of pages, this morning ,in order to answer your questions I entered marriage and death and entries came up on same page.

Joseph Griffin Marriage 20 July 1811 spouse Anna Maria Lester, Edgbaston Warwick
England ODM, indexing M01066-1,Gs film1426213 IT1-2,502272,502273,502274.

Joseph Griffin Born 1785, residence Dudley, Worcester, Dies Age 33,Burial 15 June 1818 Worcester.
England Easy, indexing B02125-5,GS Film 350493, Ref P251#2247.

Joseph Griffin child Levina , Mother Hannah Maria Christened 20 Oct 1814 St Thomas Dudley Worcester.
England ODM, indexing C04014-3,GS film 378765,378766,378767 also England Easy, GS film 350488 ref IDP136 No 1087.

As I have said before connections with distant cousins researching different branches, give Hannah Maria's maiden name as Lester. Given then, something must have happened to husband Griffin. I can't prove the above are correct or discount your Edwards possible connection.

thanks for that NL, it seems we can't go any further with this unless anything is discovered in the future. If anyone can check the burial of Joseph Griffin 15 June 1818 it may help but I appreciate there are difficulties at present with the move from Coseley to the new centre.

I thank who ever it was that confirmed the marriage of Alexander 1785 and Hannah Maria 1790 at Birmingham ,which brought this back out of archives and also Spes 123 for confirmation of the marriage of Alexanders's parents, Thomas Hughes and Ann Pearson in 1781 at Sedgley.

this should now be archived.
