Micheal i can find no reference to exercise as a cause of enlarged heart.
Maybe i should look in Yiddish?

So BBQ's...
Not had many the last couple of years but we do use BBQ lighters like the fire lighters Peterd said. As long as its well burned through I havent noticed a taste from it.

We BBQ most of the year - I can't remember the last time I roasted meat in the oven! My husband sorts the BBQ out, including cleaning it afterwards, and I do the rest. He thinks BBQing isn't really cooking and that it's easy, I like the fact it frees the oven up for anything else, and I don't have to worry about it too much.
BBQing is pretty big in Denmark, we even did the turkey in my brother in laws huge grill at Christmas. Things take a bit longer the colder it is, but if you BBQ most of the year it's not a problem. We have two BBQ's a 50cm and a small 30cm - both are kettle grills. Even my dad, who always complains about the stink when he's camping, likes what we do.
We used to use use ordinary fire lighters, but the ones we use now are definately better. In the summer when we're outside we don't get that horrible smell - I've never tasted it in the food though, and cos we use a BBQ starter, none of the fire lighter goes onto the BBQ anyway.

Cleaning them is the biggest burden but if your husband does it for you all the better!

I've had another check Micheal like you told me and you do have a point.
But to me it seems Athlete's heart is not dangerous for athletes who have been diagnosed with it and "Athlete's heart "is not the cause of sudden cardiac death during or shortly after a workout.It's nearly always due to a genetic disorder.

Like so many of the flavours we add to food one can become pretty tolerant of the flavour of the chemicals, they're used in a lot of ready meals & snacks as well, but I found that when cleaning the BBQ the next day I could still smell them in the debris and ash, and, like the screwed up mouth effect one can get the day after an over-salted meal, one doesn't necessarily notice it when eating it.
